Two Story Addition and Remodel

This was a major home remodeling project! The existing breezeway between the house and the garage was taken down, a foundation was poured, and the garage became part of the two-story addition. The ground floor expanded the existing family room area and the second floor holds a master bedroom suite. A wall between the existing kitchen and dining room was removed to create a more open and inviting space in the heart of this home. A laundry room and half bath was added off the kitchen, the existing kids' bathroom was remodeled, and the bathroom in the master bedroom suite includes a fully tiled shower. The new entryway into the home includes a covered porch and some excellent and kid-friendly organization for shoes and coats.
